Service fee is based on number of payments being made per year on contract
Service Fee for monthly payment contract- $18 per month ($216.00 a year)
Service Fee for quarterly payment contract – $35 per quarter ($140.00 a year)
Service Fee for bi-annual payment contract – $60 ($120.00 a year)
Service Fee for one annual payment contract- $100.00
Service fees include
- Billing statements sent to buyer/tenant and copy to seller/landlord providing the following information:
- Next due date and payment amount
- Amount of any late fee assessments
- Date and amount of last payment received
- Principal balance after last payment
- Reserve balance after last payment
- Year-to-date interest
- One annual or monthly amortization
- Disbursement of two checks per month
- Automatic late fee assessment
- Online access to account information
- Late notice sent to buyer/tenant with copy sent to seller/landlord
- Reserve account for property tax and insurance
